I am the Medical Director of Pathology at McLaren Central Michigan Hospital, the founder and owner of Ace My Path, LLC, and co-founder of MD Help Online. As a passionate pathologist, I have made many contributions to the field of pathology through my prolific authorship of 20 academic books as of April 2024. My work as an author & editor has been widely recognized in the pathology community, and I have received numerous accolades for my efforts.

 

With my extensive training, including two pathology residencies, and fellowships at the world-renowned Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in Hematopathology and The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Renal Pathology, I have honed my skills to the very best. Ace My Path has also been featured in various media for our work in pathology, earning a reputation as a true game-changer in the field. Throughout my illustrious career, I have received many awards and honors, cementing my place as a respected and accomplished early-career pathologist.

Most importantly, while writing 20 books, I met incredible pathologists (and now friends) on my journey. We have a team of 102 pathologists with Ace My Path so far. It brings me joy to know that my work has helped countless people throughout the world. My heart overflows with gratitude for the impact I've made through Path Helpline, a project I started to assist those struggling in pathology. Through MD Help Online, a project that my husband and I co-founded, we have helped innumerable COVID patients in India. I lead a purposeful and passionate life, motivated intrinsically by my unwavering belief in myself and my desire to help others.


My journey has taught me that when you really want something, the universe conspires to make it happen. And I have seen this fact ring true in my lifetime and time again. I know the universe has much more in store for me, and I am grateful for the challenges in my life that honed me into who I am today. I believe I am a spiritual being in human existence, put in this world to help others. And I will never stop pursuing my passions, chasing my dreams, and inspiring others to do the same.
